Kaposi Sarcoma?

Hey everyone.

I posted a similar query last week but it wasn't answered.

Sorry, First of all.

Could someone brief me about Kaposi Sarcoma?
As to when does it occur, how does it stage?
Does it undergo any change in appearance once it appears on a person?
Does it remain intact as such in a person for years ?
Does it swell, change in color or pain or itch over time?

you have NEVER had an exposure that put you at risk for contracting hiv.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

kindly move on...THIS FORUM IS HIV SPECIFIC

Are OIs diseases likely to surface after you have been diagnosed with HIV or AIDS?

@ Lizzie
I have that in mind too. Just wanna know if this due to any infection, which is why I posted the above questions as to the staging and the appearance of how it might look like once it appears in a person infected?
Since im not sexually active and have only indulged in solo masturbation, I highly doubt what is causing these.
Since I couldn't find any details online on how kaposi sarcoma behaves when it appears on ones skin, like does it swell, pain or undergo any change over time if left untreated, i thought I could get a solution through this ..

KS is an AIDS related OI. You don't have a concern about HIV let alone AIDS.

Just sort of worried.

Went through some sites to see what could these spots possibly be?
The ones I could sort out from these sites were ones like kaposi, dermatofibroma or something like herald lesion.
Went through how these spots look like with the help of pictures and these were the ones that bore a slightly close resemblance to the ones on my thigh.

You do not have to worry about KS unless you are an old man of Eastern European or Mediterranean descent.
