Kemo & Oral

Girl I barely knew went back to a hotel.  Her friend says she is in military and stage 3 breast cancer.
We didn't have any condoms so oral sex was furthest we got.  I freaked out in the AM but also remembered there was no blood on my penis after this oral sex.
She says she is negative but I had her test with one of those Clearview RAPID test at 45 days which came negative as well.  Mine as well.
Even with her kemo am I in the clear?

Does her kemo affect the result of a 45 day negative?  Dr HHH says 6 weeks is almost conclusive.

Where did you read on MedHelp to avoid oral sex? There are no tests marketed or sold that will give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months for persons that have had an exposure.

DRHHH and Hook report tests have a 95% rating at 6-8 weeks.  Is this not true?

Any case unprotected oral sex with this girl....with her neg at 6 1/2 weeks and mine is this in the clear?

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?

I forgot to mention that a PCR DNA test was done at 14 days which was negative.
So with her test at 6.5 weeks and mine as well.
And with the exposure only oral sex.

Dr HHH says 8 weeks is almost 100% do you agree?

PCR-DNA tests --These tests are used by physicians to monitor their patients who have already tested positive for HIV antibodies. Viral Load tests are very costly and have never been approved by the FDA for HIV status diagnosis because of the possibility of false-positive and false-negative results. Therefore, they should not be used to determine if one is HIV-positive.

Note: A person who tests positive on a Viral Load cannot obtain a letter of HIV diagnosis based on those results. They must still test positive on an HIV antibody test in order to get the diagnosis. A letter of diagnosis is required to register with most AIDS Service Organizations and to qualify for many governmental assistance programs.

I know I am be anxiety but was just looking for reassurance.

She is not on chemo and has not been for several years. Her almost 7 week test NEG plus my 6.5 week NEG with an oral sex exposure.

AM I clear and was never in danger?

We can not help you further, You NEVER had a risk and NEVER needed testing. Put 2 and 2 together and you will see that NO MATTER how many tests you take for a NO RISK event ALL the results will be the same!!

You need to let this go.
