No I am not tense at all. I just want to know what you know about HIV transmission -do you know how it is spread? What you have descibed above is not a risk for HIV. We want you to be educated in this thats why I ask.
I believe the CDC posted a that there was one case by french kissing but both individuals had very bad oral health, (bleeding gums) but sure if it was a documented case.
This is what I found at the CDC web site and the date of this information was from 1999.
Casual contact through closed-mouth or "social" kissing is not a risk for transmission of HIV. Because of the potential for contact with blood during "French" or open-mouth kissing, CDC recommends against engaging in this activity with a person known to be infected. However, the risk of acquiring HIV during open-mouth kissing is believed to be very low. CDC has investigated only one case of HIV infection that may be attributed to contact with blood during open-mouth kissing.
I think it would be extremely difficult to get HIV by french kissing. Gezzz how many people are french kissing today.. millions. Hope this helps.
