Lap dance

Hi there,

I recently had a lap dance, I was fully clothed with jeans on and the dancer had underware.  She was rubbing her vagina very hard over my penis, all while clothed, I didn't notice much moisture on my jeans from her, but for some reason I'm worried that some of her vagina secretions my have gotten trough to my penis, can you get HIV LIKE THIS?

No, you cannot contract HIV like that.

Even if she soaked me with vaginal fluid? Why is this different than having sex when the same fluids are involved?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

HIV is not alive. It is active or inactive. You didn't have an exposure.

Thanks Teak, don't know why this is worrying me, I've had lap dances before and never batted an eyelid.  But I guess I should worry.

Can you point me in the direction for some help with this irrational fear / worry?  I can't get it out of my head for some reason.  Is it 100% no risk from lap dance with clothes on?  Would vagina secretions leave a stain on jeans?  I can't see anything on the jeans I was wearing.
