Late HIV Testing

Hello,
I am a victim of child molestation . That was more than 10 years ago, I am 19 years old now and am afraid that I have been infected by HIV. We usually have oral and anal sex. It's not a one time sex, it was frequent. Is it too late to cure it if I have been tested positive? Can the test still be accurate even if I just have it right now? What symptoms do I have to look out for? What can you suggest? I am panicking right now. (I am a guy by the way) Will I die?

Also, I recently had a partner and we only had oral intercourse, he developed swollen lymph nodes weeks after the intercourse, does this mean that I infected him? Does this mean that I am also infected?

the only way to know your status is by testing.

oral sex doesnt transmit hiv so your parner's swollen lymph nodes were due to something else.
