Legitimate concern of HIV and oral

I posted a question a little over a week ago about oral sex and HIV because I had gum disease when swallowing semen.  I was told that oral sex is zero risk since there have been no documented cases.  

But there HAS been one case where it was transmitted through kissing because party a had gum disease and party b had a bleeding cut in their mouth.  This leads me to believe that the only reason why no cases of an oral transmission have been documented is because there is no sex police in the bedroom to determine how the transmission occurred.  Thoughts?

1. Oral sex

When a woman give oral activity to man's penis under a periodontitis ,if there were a little blood in her mouth. A receiver can be infected to Hiv in the abstract.
So, I was very nervous because of it since I received oral sex from a girl.

2. Kiss

Each partner has a periodontitis and there were much blood in their mouth, Hiv can be transmitted through an injury. So when you kiss with your partner, both of you did not have that disease, you don't need to worry about that.

Please stop trying to answer other peoples HIV concerns, when you simply don't know what you are talking about. Jeez, you just make things worse then other's have to correct your wildly inaccurate statements.

Kissing in any way shape or form ISN'T and never will be a risk for HIV infection. Ever. And there hasn't been a "documented" case of HIV infection through kissing.

You don't have a "legitimate" concern about HIV infection through oral sex or Kissing. And I suggest you educate yourself before posting anymore nonsense! And you certainly don't need to test over this.

The answers here are not going to change on oral sex. Studies with hundreds of serodiscordant couples whose only risk behavior was oral sex resulted in ZERO transmissions, and there are biological reasons which preclude transmission through oral exposures, such as factors in saliva that inhibit the virus.
