Lesson Learned

In my many sleepless nights I have discovered your forum and would like to say thank you for what you do.  I would greatly appreciate some clarification as to my risk at this point to ease my mind.

On Oct 13, I had protected vaginal and unprotected anal sex with a woman who I did not know from a bar.  Yes - I know "Smart move"!  Believe me this has been life changing event.  The very next day, I received an anonymous text message telling me to get tested because a recent sexual partner has been diagnosed with HIV.  So began the endless research, testing, and sleepless nights.  

Had blood test (don't know what kind) from primary physician at 18 days.
Also had a Oraquick Blood Test at 37 and 58 days.  All tests negative.

Questions:
1)  Have you ever heard of this type of anonymous notification - is this even legal?
2)  Is anal sex with a woman any less risky than with a man
3)  Do healthy people seroconvert after 8 Wks.  

Also, I saw a post on here somewhere that gave percentages of infected people that test positive after 2 wks, 3wks, 4 wks, etc.  This was not from a doctor, so I thought I would ask you what these numbers are.  I think it might be helpful to others too.

1. Have never heard of anyone being told to test via text messaging
2. Being the top would be the same man or woman less than being the receptive partner.
3. most will by 6 weeks but to get your conclusive test result you need to test out to 3 months.
