Licking flesh blood, HIV ?

Hello again, so last night i said goodnight to my dad and he kissed my cheek. As I was going to my room, I went to the bathroom and I saw a red on my face and I thought it was red jam because I ate a bread with red jam so I wiped it on my hand and licked it but then I realized it was blood and I checked on my face again and I have no cuts so I spit and cleaned my mouth and realized my dad had a pimple he didn't realized was bleeding.
Is it possible to get HIV? I spit out and cleaned my mouth
Is it possible to get HIV with someone related?
I need to know :(

HIV is transmitted by
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Anything else you can think of is not a risk, including licking or ingesting blood. Is your father HIV-positive? If so, your fears may be eased by having a conversation with his doctor.
