Lipoatrophy or lipodystrophy?
Can you get lipoatrophy without being on medication? Could lipoatrophy, and foamy urine be a sign of hiv infection?

three years ago... I got really drunk and went home with some chick. I didn't remember what we did, but the next day she said that we didn't hook-up. Now the fat-loss in certain places and persistent foamy urine makes believe that something myth have happened between us. Other than that - I have never had unprotected sex. Can you get lipoatrophy without being on medication.
