Little cuts on penis after shaving & sex few hours later

Hi,

So I had decided to shave before having  sex (with condom) and this caused little cuts (2/3 cuts, 2/3 millimeters) on my penis. 2 hours later I had sex, protected, but im really unsure wether the condom did or did not fully cover my cuts. The bleeding had stopped, but you could definitely see little cuts (just not bleeding).

My question is could Ive gotten HIV ???????

If not, why? and lets say the condom did not fully cover my penis and the cut wasnt fully healed, how much at risk would I be in that case???

Thanks so much

Your not alone, same thing happened to me, I also shaved my penis and was worried the condom didn't cover the whole thing, I was told by teak it was no risk, I even took a unprotected blowjob..
