Loosing Condom

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 04:50PM
hello everybody. I got a question for ya.
I had sex with a sexworker. During the vaginal intercourse actually after I had my orgasm I remained in her with the condom on my penis. Then I pulled my penis and saw that my penis was not covered by the condom. The strange thing which I have never seen before was that the end of the condom was looking out from her vagina. Now I am afraid that I had unprotected sex with her without noticing it. I am so scared. She said that nothing happened and I could see that my *** was inside of the condom. Sorry for saying this but I was so scared that I took the condom the next day from the trash in order to see if the *** was really inside it and yes it was. Now I dont know how to interprete my situation. Maybe I was not protected and I just could not feel it. I don't know what to do. And the fact that she gave me oral sex without protection, fingering and sorry to say that and licking her makes me more worry. Do you think the facts I told you are with a high risk for me?
Just wanna hear your statements.
Regards KAKAO

You lost the condom on withdraw. You need to learn how to withdraw without loosing your condom. You were not at risk.

by alienshadow, Dec 11, 2008 05:35PM
No you wernt at high risk Oral is no risk either way
Now as far as you thinking the condom came off it may of slipped off when you pulled out. If you are really concerned test 6 weeks and then get a conclusive at 84 to 90 days after your exposure.
TRY not to stress

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 05:35PM
All you need be concerned with is the vaginal sex- oral not viable means opf transmission. You sound unsure of when the condo,m actually came off (on withdrawal? during thrusts post-orgasm but pre-withdrawal, etc.) but it sounds like it was on at least until you orgasmed. While I don't know all the details, I'm imagining you continued thrusting after you orgasmed, instead of pulling out immediately while holding the base of the condom like you should have.

I'd guess you're low risk, but either was you had a risk, so test at 3 month/12 weeks, and review instructions on proper condom use in the meantime

WRONG ! !

this poster was not at risk and does not need to test.

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 05:42PM
If you say so. I just think there's some ambiguity as to when the condom came off vs. when he withdrew, based on his description...

by LIZZIE LOU, Dec 11, 2008 05:44PM
guess you should re-read the post.  he said he ejaculated and it was in the condom.

IF the condom came off during intercourse...just how do you think he ejaculated into the condom??????????

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 05:45PM
hey guys. thanks for your reply. at the moment i am really down. you know what is happening with me? everywhere i am confrontated with the topic hiv. in the tv, magazines everywhere i am seeing things about this topic. i felt so well before this incident and now i am having aches and so on. i am interpreting in every small thing something like oh my god this had happened maybe with me and so on. as i ve written. everywhere i am confrontated with this topic.
yeah after my climax i stayed in her for like one minute. then i pulled pulled out my penis and i saw that the condom was a bit inside her and a bit hanging out. i dont know if that is a risk????????????????????? yeah it was on withdrawal. i mean i dont know if you notice if you loose your condom during you have sex with a woman. maybe it is also hanging out when you loose it during sex. i dont know. i had not this experience. maybe you can tell me how it would be when you loose it during you have sex. is it also haning out? or is it inside the vagina then?

by LIZZIE LOU, Dec 11, 2008 05:49PM
if the condom comes off during intercourse...it is not hanging out of her filled with your ejaculate.

by Teak, Dec 11, 2008 05:50PM
If you would have lost the condom during sex she would have had to reach and dig for it.

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 05:50PM
would it be inside the vagina?

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 05:51PM
To: Lizzie Lou
Well, now that he's clarified we know that it did in fact some off during withdrawal- no risk Kakaoi

However, to Lizzie, he said he remained in her after ejaculation. Depending what "remained in her" actually meant, it could have been continued thrusting that caused the condom to slip off post-ejaculation. It happened to me in college

by Teak, Dec 11, 2008 05:53PM
He explained that too. Doesn't matter.

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 05:54PM
yeah. thrusted a like 4 or 5 times. but the condom was hanging out....
oh my god :(

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 05:59PM
Look, sounds like you're fine, and I apologize for continuing on this. Your ejaculate was inside the condom, which means it was on until at least then. Assuming the opening of the condom was what was hanging out of her, and not the tip, then it most likely slipped off as you withdrew, and hence no exposure

by LIZZIE LOU, Dec 11, 2008 06:01PM
NO RISK ! ! !

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 06:02PM
yeah the opening was hanging out.
how was you situation when u lost ur condom. plz explain

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 06:07PM
Like what you described. Both times I orgasmed but continued thrusting for a little while b/c she seemed close. One time it slipped off during withdrawal and, like you, the opening was hanging out, with my ejaculate leaking out. Second time it came off during the post-orgasm thrusting, thereby exposing me and my partner. Since then I have become better educated on safe sex practices and tested negative. This was 8+ years ago

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 06:08PM
But to clarify, your situation sounds more like mine where the opening was hanging out, and hence no risk to you

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 06:09PM
the second time...where was the condom? also hanging out? or inside her? because you said it was an exposure

by Teak, Dec 11, 2008 06:14PM
You might try getting smaller condoms that actually fit.

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 06:15PM
In her with no part hanging out, meaining it likely came off in her and I continued to thrust.

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 06:20PM
I dunno that it's the size of the condom that matters, but the post-orgasm thrusting. If you ejaculate and the continue to thrust, the ejaculate will move down along the sides of the condom with additional thrusting, lubricating between the penis and condom, until it slides off. I imagine this situation would be more risk for the woman than man

Kakoi nothing I said above changes determination on your situation. If anything, it may put the woman at risk if virus carrying semen escapes the condom into her vagina. But for the male, it is the urethra (pee hole) that need to be exposed to the virus for infection to occur

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 06:25PM
yeah I understand. what freaks me out is that everywhere I am seeing things which is about hiv. like i said tv, magazines. it makes my fear bigger and bigger. last time we played card games with a few friends. and sweat because it was so hot. i said plz open the window and one of my friends was like why u wanna open the window is okay maybe u have a disease. and i was like shocked. i was actually about to get a heart attack. i havent told them anything about it. but as i said i am interpreting everything in to this incident. some people sleep with women without condoms and the dont have such a fear like i have right now. :(

you might want to visit the anxiety and/or ocd forum

by Kakaoi, Dec 11, 2008 06:32PM
i dont know what i shall do right now. leave it behind or........

by nobannanas, Dec 11, 2008 06:39PM
leave it behind my friend, and if you can;'t do that, go to the ocd/anxiety forum, and read archives here. I had a non-exposure (protected with a CSW) but still come back here every once in a while to remind myself
