Low CD4 count with negative HIV screen test

Hi, I have 3 tests in one year all show lower than normal CD4 count, they are at range from 350 to 420. My CD4/CD8 ratio is from 0.39 to 0.78. The most recent test with CD8 count of 1100 and CD4/CD8 ratio 0.39. I had a HIV antigen and antibody test last year shows both negative. Prior that that I did a home oral test also showed negative result. I saw my primary doctor and hematologist. They can't explain what's going on. Do I still have chance of undiagnosed HIV infection? I am very anxious! Thank you very much for help!

If your primary care doctor AND a hematologist can't explain it, I sure can't either!
I can only suggest you speak with them again and see who they can refer you to.
I wish you the best.
