Low CD4 count

I have received my CD count.
As i thought the CD4 are low. Only 700.
I  still have to receive the HIV Viral Load Test, but i'm seriously worried.
I still don't understand, i have lost 500 CD4 and my ab tests are still showing negative.
What's going on? How is it possible?

Low CD4+ T-cell counts (CD4 counts) are associated with a variety of conditions, including many viral infections, bacterial infections, parasitic infections, sepsis, tuberculosis, coccidioidomycosis, burns, trauma, intravenous injections of foreign proteins, malnutrition, over-exercising, pregnancy, normal daily variation, psychological stress, and social isolation.

i "normally" hate all the copying and pasting that is done on this forum...but felt this might be beneficial to you.

you do not have hiv...and have a 14 week test to prove it.

Do you think i don't know the range? The problem isn't there.
A  drop of 600 is not normal. Even if still inside range.
And my symptoms are not normal. I have herpes now too.
I know my body and i know i'm not healthy anymore.

Move on. You don't know what you are talking about. 500-1500 is a normal range.

It is not. My lymph total count dropped  from 2500  to  1900.
Exactly the supposed drop in the CD4.
The ratio of CD4 was 37% instead of 46%.
Another time Teak i think you only say move on, but don't have any idea  of what  you are talking about.
If the lymphocyte are in the range but they drop of 600 in one month do you think it's normal?

I'm worried it could be Idiopathic CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia.
