Low Lymphocytes here too

Hello all.  This is absolutely crazy.  I was looking for some kind of info on low lyphocytes and I come across the crix posts.  This must be a common question.  Well anyway, I was just hoping someone could hear me out.  23 days ago, I made the stupid mistake of coming across a drug addict friend, and accidentially got brushed by a needle he had lying around.  While I dont know if he indeed has HIV, he looked much more skinny and gaunt than before...maybe cause I hadnt seen him since I moved in May.  Nonetheless, the needle just scratched the surface, no penetration.  I took a HIV test today, and it came back negative.  Much like crix, I noticed my lymphocytes were low, coincidentially the same at 24%.  My Monocytes were 1% high as well.  Other than that, my Anion Gap was about 4 points high, which again, I'm not sure what that means.  Needless to say, I was entirely freaked out.  I feel much better today, but am worried about the lymphocytes being low without the conclusive 3 month test.  Could this be the beginning of something bad for me?  Anyone out there, please feel free to respond.  You have a nice post here with a lot of support,  Keep it up!

Stress/anxiety causes lymphocytes to go down. Also imbalance in other cells. I'm not an expert but from what i read.
