"Low Risk" Exposure, but strong symptoms!

Hi all!

Posted earlier in the week regarding supposedly low risk activity of cunnilingus on a sex worker. It's exactly eight weeks since exposure and i'm not so concerned with typical ARS symptoms; i only had fever for one night and a week of diaorhea.

My concern is more with this post ARS period; i have had painful mouth sores, not apthous ulcers, as well as a black eye floter that is causing problems in my right eye the last few weeks. Tongue has been white for at least a month, and mouth has a very unusual feel, especially in the mornings. Consultation with doctor isn't helping much; he's made up his mind there isn't anything wrong and thats that. I wouldn't be worried, but i'm in real pain with this mouth stuff!

I'm in the UK and nowhere near London, so have to wait out the three month period to test again at GUM clinic. People talk about the low risk with cunnilingus, i know the doc believes it's virtually zero. My point is, i really would not be worrying if i didn't have these extremely unusual symptoms that i am constantly aware of.

Anybody else know anything about these symptoms? Cheers!

Uh, yeah, plasma is like that. But I'd be willing to sacrifice myself, so that you can have a pain-free life... so feel free to send it my way.

That's just how generous and giving I really am. Kinda gets you all choked up, doesn't it...

It doesn't matter about symptoms.  They can occur for virtually any reason, and the least likely thing would be HIV.

Look.  I've recently started having pain in my feet, and it started within days of our purchase of a new plasma TV.  Today, my hands started hurting.  If I use your line of reasoning, I would be convinced that the symptoms started shortly after the TV came into the house, so ergo it must be the cause, b/c that is the ONLY different thing in my life recently.

There is probably no relationship between your sexual incident and your symptoms.  Many times when we are worried about something, we start examining that body part or other areas and giving it extra scrutiny.  Small aches/pains/blemishes/rashes that we would normally not give a second thought to looms large in our minds and become amplified.

Should I get rid or our plasma TV?  Any takers?  My feet and hands really do hurt, and I'm sick of watching HD sporting events.   I don't give a tinkers damn about HD personally.
