Low risk exposure

Doctor, let's put my question simple as follow.

On 29 February, I went to have a massage and received a hand job on me by the woman. She touched every part of my penis until I come out. Whilst I understand that even she is HIV inflected I can not get infected from her by skin contact. But my worries is that as I know that she is engaged with the other customer just before me and her hand should wet with this gay's serections. So when she touch my penis (may include the opening of the penis) that secretions may not in direct contact with my membrmae part of the penis. I take Bioline rapid test 3.0 at 5 week and is negative. Recently I got some symptoms like runny nose, red rashes, tiredness, ulcer on the mouth.

My questions are:

1) Would the HIV die during the time exposure to air outside the body? (I estimate that the time gap between the woman working with the man before me and I is around one hour)

2) Even if the woman's hand is wet with the other man's secretion, would the massage on the body afterwards by her hand effectively dilute the concretion of the HIV virues on her hand?

3) How accurate is the rapid test I take? Should I need to take it agian later?
