Low wbc count

I am a recovering cocaine addict.  About 1 year ago, I ended up in the hospital because of a 6 day binge, my wbc count was below 1,000.  They thought I had HIV or cancer, everything came back negative.  I stayed clean for a year, 2 weeks ago I relapsed(5 day binge, no food or sleep). Now I am sick again and they did a wbc count test and it came back at 2,900.  Which is low,  could the drugs lower my wbc count this much or is it something more serious.  I am in a country where it is expensive for all the tests and wanted to know if this is normal after a binge or I should fly home for better health care.  I am really scared right now.

the only way to know your hiv status is by testing.

Yes, I am scared that I got HIV. Low wbc is a sign of that, I just wanted to know if the drug use could be solely responsible for my drop, or it is HIV.   Believe it or not the country I am working in will not give foreigners a HIV test without proper ID, which I do not have here.  And I am really scared
