Lower red blood count

Hi All I have posted a few questions recenlty about a high risk event but could do with some advice from people who have been through anything similar.

Ok
after risk event
day 12 Tested negative for HIV (rulling out any other event) but tested positive for anal chlamydia
day 28 (blood test for hiv)((DUO)) Came back negtive a week later good sign
day 31 blood test at doctors full blood count (NOT HIV TEST) came back I have lower red blood cells.  Possibly due to a recent virus
Day 38 rapid blood test, Antibodies only (Came back Negative)

Its day 39 now.

I am wondering if I should be slighly worried about lower red blood count, and my body not producing antibodies as fast as most people some people say the 5% of people??
I picked up chlamydia from this guy

ALSO maybe a question which I can not find a reliable answer for on interent as it always brings up rubbish
Will HIV redcuce the red blood to a level within 31 days of infection to be a concern from the doctors??

TO be fair I am at the stage where I just want to know if I do have it, I hate worrying and having to wait for the 90 days mark.

and also

could having a lower red blood count effect the hiv test in how soon it is detected.

Any adivce on people who know or had similar symptoms will be a great help.

for those who read but did not comment for whatever reason.

I am fine again now.

and deicded to stop going for guys and got a gf
just started dating and got the 12 week test on week friday and that be taken with an instant test as well and will be getting serious maybe in couple weeks with her.

so for now on guys off limits

if the worse news do come but after 8.5 weeks of a negative test its unlikely I will be breaking it up with her but very unlikely

Hi All to keep anyone who has read this updated.

if the symtpoms where not hiv related before hand, I have become quite ill with a bad flu like symptom but got quite a few things which it could also be.

I checked my tempeature and i am 2'c below the minimun tempeature i should be, tested on 2 tempatures devices one said to low and to see if it was working i tested both in warm water and water with ice in and did go down and up to the tempeature it should be,

low red blood cells, no concern from doctor yet but making me worried.

mouth sores all in mouth, maybe due to anxitety

pains in legs and arms but drinking loads of sugar drinks at moment to beat stress, so this maybe a reaction could be diabetees

ear infection, eye pain maybe start of diabettes or something else.

Like I said

28 day duo negative
38 day rapid 3g i belive negative
getting a home kit sent again, this one tells me results in 15 mins think only 3g
getting a blood kit sent to send off believe that is 4g.

so think the home kit will be here in morning or monday so will know results by monday latest.
had to pay for this one but i just did not want to keep going to clinics as may be seen as a pain.

had the worst flu/cold ever slightly better now still tired, all time but could be linked to soemthing else.
I did not have to sleep for 2.5 horus yesterday before NYE midnight but i did as was so tired I would have been a zombie state.

i am up all time anyway even being tired so can not call it fatigue.

All my mates are worried about me as the other night they could not get me to talk as I was day dreaming and in a daze. only one knows the true reason of this, others know about my low iron? or whatever it is.

I not after comments back but be nice to see if anyone else has had similar feelings and get it noted for anyone else to know what I am going through incase they are going through the same and need bit of comformting.

the best bit of advice I have learned from this, is give up anal sex. which I am until I meet the right person male or female.
