Lump under armpit...Teak

I have had a lump under my armpit for quite a while (maybe 2 or more years). Yesterday, I noticed that it became swollen and red as if it is going to explode ! Is this related to swolled lymph nodes? Can this be considered as a swollen lymph node? What is the difference.

sorry..i have little knowledge of HIV... but i just wanna ask whether a Swollen Lymph Node and Acne have different look?  because on my head , i have some acnes lasting for a few weeks     :-/

8 weeks after my exposure ( unprotected oral sex on a prostitute for about 10sec ) , i had sore throat for 3 days.. at 8 weeks 3 days, negative with oraQuick ... is it conclusive?  does the Fluid have Taste? because i felt no taste when i swallowed my savilla after performing oral sex on her...
and after having sex 2 hours, i brushed my teeth and my skin was broken and bleeded.. is it a risk ?

You didn't have a risk for contracting HIV from giving oral sex to a prostitute. Acne and swollen lymph nodes do not look the same.
