Lymph Glands/Mono

My question is that I was tested positive for mono about three 4 months ago. I'm doing ok now, however, today I have noticed my groin lymph node and neck glands are swollen. At the moment I'm having difficulties getting good rest. It is cold season and I was wondering how common is swelling of these two lymph nodes at the same time? Is there a possibility that I could be getting a mono relapse?
One more Question My girlfriend of 14 months has not had any symptoms and the first time we had sex (unprotected) has been a year now. One thing she did have was a minor redish rash on top of her left hand on her knuckles? Im very concerned and lossing lots of sleep because this is the first time that my groin and neck glands have been swollen at the same time. Thanks for your help.
