Lymph Nodes

What do swollen lymph nodes look like or feel like?
1)  Throat
2) Under the arm
3 Groin

I can't visibly see anything.  I try to feel and they are somewhat tender but not sure if its because I' poking around or not.  Tey've kind of been like this or 3 days now.  This is since my fever broke.  Any thoughts?  I've been toll I'm low risk, but it seems so clearly that I have had all ARS symptoms.  I really don't think its in my mind.  Please help.

What is your exposure again?  

I feel like finger penetration with a cut would be a huge risk.  It would be air tight and the vaginal fluids would be able to infect.  Is my logic way off base?

I've lost 6 punds in 3 weeks as well.  Do you seriously think its just a comination of a common cold and anxiety?  Perhaps I do have mental issues.  I am usually a stone when it comes to axiety and have never had issues in the past with anything.  I've led a life usually thinking I am invicible.  However, I don't think I have ever been in a situation like this where I feel I may have ruined my enitre life.

Your certain, regardless of cuts on figners (cuticles torn, bitten finger nails) or cuts on mouth (biting lower lip and cheeks) that I couldn't have HIV?  Is it really that difficult to be infected?

Cunnilingus and fingering has been given a theoretical risk status, theres also a theoretical risk that you could meet Elvis tomorrow and win the lottery.

I'd be very surprised if theres even one reported case where someone got HIV from fingering and licking a girl.

You dont have ARS cause you cannot have HIV.... its that simple.

Why are you so certain I don't have ARS?  Somebody is obviously contacting HIV based on national numbers.  Who is it then?  I appreciate your reassurance but for some reason can't completely trust the odds that people are throwing out on oral sex.  (cunnilingus and finger penetration).  Everybody says its theoretically possible.  Even when I rationally think my mind tells me...possible expsoure....ARS symptoms (including fever) from day 7-18...

How could I not be completely scared?

You're probably not going to get a response, so I'll give you one. From what I understand (and please someone correct me of I'm wrong, seriously), lymph nodes are palpable in thin people. I have a couple swollen ones on each side of my neck, but the other ones -- according to Internet descriptions -- are normal-sized. For the most part, they should be either baked-bean-sized or pea-sized. Mine are probably due to some infection, as they're gone down greatly since three or four weeks ago.

Then again, they could have been swollen for literally months now, because before I had my HIV scare, I wasn't feeling around for my lymph nodes.

its clear you do not have ars...
