Lymph Nodes

Eight weeks after a possible exposure, I got tested after 6 weeks and got a negative (Non Reactive) result. Like I said eight weeks after and I am getting pains in my neck and groin, on and off, not permantly. I don't see any bumps, but I am getting pains. I don't know if is my muscle o my lymph nodes. You say, that HIV symptom Lymph Node don't hurt, they just become swollen and noticeable. is it true?

Anyway, all your symptoms sound more of stress related and are NOT related to HIV.  

Your 6 weeks test result is a clear indication of your HIV status but not conclusive.  Test at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.
