Lymph node question

Lymph node question

Hi. I have a some questions about ARS.

1. How likely is it that lymph node swelling caused by ARS would involve only one lymph node?
2. I have heard that painless lymph node swelling is usually caused by HIV or cancer. Are there any other conditions that would cause painless lymph node swelling? If so, which ones?
3. If lymph nodes do swell during ARS are they accompanied by other symptoms? If there are no other symptoms is it likely that the lymph node was caused by something else?
4. One more thing...I tested negative via rapid blood test at 6 months post exposure, is this conclusive? Can I move on?

Thanks.
