Lymph node question

If I'm able to feel a node on each side of my nect that feels the size of a bean, does that mean they are swollen???????

You cannot  diagnose your own lymph nodes. If I remember right you didn't have a risk. Poking and probing your lymph nodes will cause the to swell and you cause them to hurt.

So I take it, you can feel your lymph nodes even when they aren't swollen? Have U ever had them swollen?
