How do swollen lymph nodes in neck look like during acute hiv? Can you see them if you have and fell them with hand?

I read on a website

Enlarged lymph nodes (glands of the immune system easily felt in the neck and groin)

it says Easily Felt

Any thoughts?

Move on. You can't tell your HIV status by going by your lymph nodes, and only a doctor can tell if they are swollen.
