Lymphocytes Low..

Its been 9 months of my suspected encounter..

I was diagnose with chlamydia couple of weeks ago... Because I started getting symptoms like urge to urine, feelings like somethings going to disharge in my penis, Burn sensation in the tip...
I was put in doxyciclne treatment for a week,, the urge to urine is gone, the feeling inside is gone, still have the red tip and burning sensation...
THATS WHY I WENT THROUGH THE LAB TEST AGAIN...
My dr. made me get test for syphilis, herpes, HIV-1 Tests..
The all say Non Reactive...

But in one part of the lab results, says that I have LOW LYMPHOSYTES it says that
Lymphosytes Normal Range is 20.50  to 51.10 and I HAVE 16.70
and below says
Lymphosytes Absolute normal range is 1.20 to 3.40 and I have .95

Could it be from the Chlamydia????
If the tests for HIV-1 came non reactive, could this mean i have HIV and its undetectable

IM FREAKING OUT!!! im very very very very worried.. its been 2 days without sleep..
PLEASE HELP ME

If you've been sick at all lately your lymph will show changes.  Whatever it is, you had a negative antibody test, so it certainly isn't HIV.
