Symptoms do NOT "speak a few things after the incident". Symptoms mean absolutely NOTHING after any incident. You can NEVER rely on symptoms to tell you anything about HIV infection. If one has had a real exposure (which I would point out you did NOT), then the only way to determine conclusively if an infection has occured is by having a test 3 months after the incident. Period. Stop it with the symptoms nonsense. This is now the fourth thread that you have raised this issue. You are violating the participation rules of this forum by hijacking other people's threads, and continuously posting over a no-risk situation. Move on. Really.
