MCV and HIV

Does having MCV, guarantee HIV transmission during unprotected sex??

I was the top (MCV+, which I was just diagnosed with yesterday) in the scenario and the bottom turns out is HIV+.  He explained to me his viral load was undetectable (afterwards of course), but I don't know what that really means.  We started off the sex with a condom on and it broke and I removed it briefly but continued.  About 2 minutes later I got scared so pulled out and we just mutually masturbated. The sex was brief but it was still unprotected and I don't know if the lesions i'm seeing now were present when we had sex :-(.

Am I pretty much a goner??

I realize that but it was such a poor decision on my part...I don't know how I'm going to forgive myself for this one.

I mean what I did, I think is the equivalent of having unprotected sex with a Herpes flare up, which I feel like is guaranteed transmission no matter undetectable or not.
