Massage and jacuzzi risks

Hello Doctor,

I have been taking nude massages for a while, and also going nude to colective jacuzzis (they are very common in countries like Netherlands). But recently I began to become worried about the risks (HIV related) of these activities. In the massages, could the masseuse (with her hands in my penis) transmit any disease? (considering that some other clients have taken the massage before me, and maybe some of them ejaculated, and maybe she didn't wash her hands properly). I mean, could some liquid (sperm, for example) remain in her hands for 20 or 30 minutes and then infect other people?
Also, in the jacuzzi, I fear that someone could masturbate inside it, and I could get in contact with sperm (even though there is a lot of water inside it). I have never practiced sex without a condom. But last year I've had a skin rash, that disappeared after 3 or 4 days (no more symptoms) and from then until now I have been very worried. This week I started having some muscle pain (also without other symptoms). Should I really worry? I am really afraid of doing the test...
