Masturbate with hand-stained vaginal discharge

Hi - Male - 20 years - from the Middle East
Some time ago I went to a *****
I got condom and vaginal tightener oil
I poured the oil into her vagina - I pull back my hand in her vagina
Then I pulled the condom on his penis and began to pump
Due to delays in the condom material. My penis was small
I began to masturbate on condoms
I was scared - I pulled out a condom - and with the same hand that had torn her vagina and masturbate on condoms
I started to masturbate with the same hand without a condom. Until I reached orgasm
I moved it to AIDS
Please help
Sorry for the bad use of words
And sorry for my bad English

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by masturbation even if you have vaginal fluids on your hand.

I really can't understand most of what you wrote but from the bits and pieces that kind of made sense, it looks like you did not have unprotected sex at all therefore you had no risk and should stop worrying.
