May you help please!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I had unprotected sex with a girl ... After 18 days from my contact with her I tested for HIV PCR-DNA and came back negative then after 42 days from my contact I tested for HIV antibody and came back negative...
Do I nned to test again ?

this is the LAST TIME that i'm going to tell you this.

an elisa (antibody) test at 3 months post exposure will give you a RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE test result.

PERIOD...END OF STORY.

No PCR-DNA tests are NOT reliable and are not diagnostic tests for HIV.

Your 6 week antibody test is an accurate indication of your status, but it is not conclusive.

You need to test again at 3 months for a conclusive result. However, at this point you should relax.
