Look in your phone book and start calling STD clinics, if when you call one they tell you they don't have it, ask them who does.

Your 46th day DUO test was as conclusive as it gets.  It would of been conclusive at 28 days.

A DUO test is a test that checks for both antigens (a protien which is an actual part of the HI Virus) and antibodies which are produced by our system to combat the virus.
Im no expert but i understand that antigen levels rise in the body by 2-3 weeks of exposure and remain high till the body produces enough antibodies to combat and suppress the antigen.
The DUO test is useful as it tests for both these and hence useful for detecting infections earlier.... confirmatory tests are done aftter 12 weeks but this will put ones mind to rest.

What is this DUO test?

i had the same DUO test at the 45th day from exposure and made sure to test after 12 weeks  too with the same negative. The fact that your three tests are negative is highly super encouraging and in all probability true... but the lingering doubt about the 12 week mark is a burden not worth carrying.. just get the 12 week one and sleep easy...negative for sure!

A duo test at the time periods you tested is more than 99.8% acccurate, Its not  going to change. However to some extent it depends on the technology used, There have been some studies looking at various commercial kits and have found variation in their accuracy.

hi teak,
i was hospitlised due to a severe anxiety attack 2 weeks ago 03/26 - due to hiv anxiety or the ars symptoms and my doctor would like me to see him tomorrow and discuss what's going on with me, he just got back from vacation. it sounds like those DOU, viral load, etc test are helpful to close out the window period, maybe i can try to move on with my life and be happy no matter what the outcome is neg or pos. i will let him know i tested Sat 04/05-/7 weeks neg to see what he's says, but if i can test to close out my window period possibly a little sooner i won't feel anymore pain and i could go to sleep, start talking to my family again, focus at work, until  may 16th/12th wk comes. i'm willing to do whatever it takes to stop this anxiety/stress...it's killing me guys...

Waste of money and time. You could have taken just one test at 11 weeks collected the result and be done with it.

What do you think about the percantage(not infected) for now after these 3 duo test based on the days?

I Duo test will give you a conclusive test result 1 week earlier than an straight antibody test. So instead of getting a conclusive at 12 weeks 11 weeks would be conclusive.
