Multiple oral sex, having autoimmune disease, and was a bit sick

Dear Folks,
hope you are doing fine. I had 3 sexual encounters on Dec. 1. Within 8 hours time I had 3 protected vaginal intercourse, the first 2 BJs were protected and the last BJ was not. I have Ulcerative Colitis and that day and the previous 2 days I was a bit feverish (37.5C) and frail. Question: what are the odds that I contracted HIV from the third BJ which lasted for 60-90 seconds since I already have an autoimmune disease and was sick that day?
REason behind this question: after exactly 15 days I got acne on my back and insect-like pimples: 3 on my abdomen, 2 on my wrist, 1 on my foot, and 7 on my tricep (quite itchy) ... other symptoms followed: lack of appetite, night sweats, tongue thrush, penile burning tip, mouth blister, small white dots under tongue..... and other symptoms appearing later such as enlarged brown blotches on my back, penile burn for 3 nights, one blister on left groin then another on right groin, Athlete's foot, dry cough for 2 weeks, semi-diarrhea for 3 weeks...(no high fever, no headache, no major fatigue, no major sore throat, no major lympnodes except small one on left neck for 2 days). I am awaiting the result of my test (Antibody & PCR) to be ready in 9 days. Going back to my question, what are the odds related to the third BJ if the girl CSW was infected and had a high viral load??? it is killing me... please help. Thank you.

Thanks a lot. will try to do further tests because I already visited 6 doctors with more than 30 tests that turned out to be normal (CBC, Ferritin, Urine, STDs all, ...).. will be having colonoscopy next week. Honestly, I was praying for a certain abnormality somewhere to rely on it rather than HIV, but will continue other testing while waiting for the HIV result in 8 days. I have always read your comments on this forum and you are quite constructive and pragmatic in your answers, you are highly appreciated by most of the visitors of this sites (along with your colleagues as well). God bless you Teak and may God be with my son and wife.

See your doctor if you are concerned about your symptoms they have nothing to do with HIV, you've never had an exposure.

Many thanks for the team spirit and the consolidated statements. Please allow me to share a very deep agony that I've been suffering but mostly lately. I know the exposure was at low-to-no risk but the symptoms especially after the second episode (rash after 15 days + .....) made me panic till date. But most of all the following: on Jan 6 I licked a cover of a yogurt and straight afterwards my 1.9 yrs son re-licked it after me. after exactly 15 days (Jan 20) he developed the following (all of them for the first time):
Laryngitis for 5 days with loss of voice, inner cheeks and inner lower lip yeast infection for 2 days, 7-8 small red pimples under chin non-itchy that disappeared after 12 days. His stools had been quite hard since then. On Feb 6 he developed for the first time severe nasal congestion with green mucus for 4 days accompanied by 8C degrees fever, and followed by dry cough till date. I'm suffering every second till I reach my result after 8 days and can't take it anymore despite the pills i'm taking.. I don't care if somebody tells me I have cancer and will die tomorrow as long as my son is safe and sound the he had always been. I've been surfing the web and the nasal congestion+coughing+yeast infection+rash+the timing = most probably HIV. Even his doctor (never told of my HIV paranoia) said "how come he has yeast infection at this age, it usually affect newborn, those on cancer treatment, and those with immunodeficiency" ... he was skinning me with his statement. Guys sorry but please help me out... what would have happened: perhaps I am one of the 0.005% unlucky people who contracted it from BJ due to autoimmune disease.. I can accept it.. but what if I had Hi-viral load, had dry mouth due to smoking and my son licking the yogurt cover straight after.... pllllleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaassse guys and thanks

I know the risk is quite low

No, the risk was not "low", it was ZERO.

And, neither your ulcerative colitis would affect your risk or a test.  Same with medications.  There are no medications that delay the production of antibodies, with the only exception being antiviral medications used specifically to combat HIV.

Sorry again, my earlier exposure took place on Oct. 11 which included French Kissing and 4 unprotected BJs. I know the risk is quite low but had a hi fever after 5.2 weeks (Nov. 17) followed by 10-day fatigue and then after 11 days from the 5.2 weeks I had Laryngitis for 3 days.
Indeed, I took antibody test at 84 days (12 weeks) and it was negative. Q. might Pentasa which I am taking for Ulcerative Colitis (4 pills x 500mg per day) delay the antibodies? Conclusive?
Thanks

Sorry but one more question: since it was a third BJ in 8 hours, my penile tip might have had a minor cut and the lady might have had a hi viral load and a mouth cut or so, so even if her saliva contained prot & enz, would the chances of transmission still be NULL (adding to that the autoimmune disease that i've got and being sick that day)?? sorry but i'm trying to source out a bit of hope since I've been quite depressed. thanks a lot and sorry again.

The ARS symptoms you have listed are the ones you don't have, the symptoms you do have, have no association with ARS.

Dear Vance,
Thanks a lot for your answer. Forgot to mention that was only a receiver of BJ. Indeed, symptoms and timing had been killing me since then with 4-5 hours of sleep per night. Could be anything else I know but the timing...

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Saliva has proteins and enzymes that inhibit the virus so it can not infect. Same reason you can't get HIV from kissing.
