Mutual Masturbation, fingering and Kissing

Hello,

Thanks for all the great work you guys are doing here. Greatly appreciated.

I had a drunken night of kissing 2 to 3 girls (Probably hookers) and must have had 10 plus cans of beer. Next day I had a very bad hangover and thus went to a massage parlor. This is what happened there and are my worries

1) I got into shower naked with the lady
2) She soaped me
3) She touched her hairy vagina and with the same hand massaged my penis
4) She slid thru the walls of my anus with the same hand
5) I kissed and fingered her
6) With the same hand I masturbated myself  and cummed over her body (Chest)
7) Got to my senses after cumming and washed myself in the shower for a good 5 to 10 minutes, specially my penis and genital area.
8) This happened 2 months before and during these 2 months, I am stuck with
      a) Heavy GUILT
      b) Pain one day in my testicles (My urologist said it is not STD and not to worry about)
      c) Having severe cold, cough, sore throat, watery eye and fever for the last 3 days (Had been working close to 16 hours for the last 2 weeks, so not sure because of that)

Please help me. I am not sure if this is all leading to the fact I may have any STD and specifically HIV. I am going to be a father soon and my drunken night of stupidity is giving me suicidal thoughts, every time I see my wife.

Also to all: Please never do anything stupid like me, especially after drinking. IT IS TOTALLY NOT NOT NOT WORTH IT.
