Hi, I would like someone with knowlegde of my situation to help clear my mind. I do not know if I am either
paranoid
Paranoid personality disorder
Paranoid schizophrenia
Schizophrenia - paranoid type
or just feeling guilty because I am worry I may have been exposed to
hiv

. After I ejaculated,I grabbed a fresh clean wet wipe with the hand I used to rub her clitoris which had some vaginal fluid on and cleaned the entry of my urethra. Am I at risk of contracting HIV this way. Please help clear my mind.

No you were not at risk. HIV is not transmitted in that manner.

Am I at risk if she was with a previous client that may have ejaculated on her breast then during our encounter she rubbed her breast on my penis?
