Mutual masturbation can lead HIV

I had a mutual masturbation behavior with another guy last night. After searching from advices from MedHelp that I am in the reassurance mind a bit as you guy keep saying that mutual masturbation has no relation with HIV . Even the body fluid are being exchanged  with two dicks(correct me if I was wrong).

But I am still concerned based in my personal case:

Prior to my dick get jerked , I helped him to jerk off, and then my right-hand which touched his **** (May exist his fluid) started to jerk myself off( but actually I am 98% percent believe that I use my left hand for touching my dick all the time). So my anxious for this is what if my dick has some wound or something and assuming his fluid has Hiv, and it may get into my dick's wound? So this could transmit the HIV?

I actually am a HIV- phobia, therefore I think masturbation is a safer sexual behavior. But now my hypothesis indicated to me that mutual masturbation may lead to HIV.

Can anyone explain this from scientific way and convince me that mutual masturbation ( even fluid exchange between two dicks) is totally safe.

Thanks for your greatly help! And tonight is Chinese New Year eve. I do want to free myself from it. HIV scary is a like a nightmare.

A guy from BJ , China

The only thing you need to focus on is how HIV is transmitted. It is transmitted, sexually. only through vaginal and/or  anal penetrative, unprotected sex.
Mutual masturbation is not on the list!

What you and your friend engaged in is not and cannot be a way to get infected with HIV!

Hi Nursegirl.

Another concern is still killing me is that ,could you kindly take a read and give some suggestion:

Since I had a mutual masturbation with kind of stranger and I clearly believed that it is safe one, however, I am worried that if he had any possibilities to infuse HIV virus to me by someway

I know it is an irrational question, but I am thinking what if he did so. I recalled the time that we spent, and I didn’t feel any pain or hurt by the syringe needle. So I assume or I can make sure that he didn’t use needle. Besides, do you know, based on your solid experience, any other methods can spread the virus? Like any up-to-date way without hurt to spread? And does the virus will transmit into the blood vessel?

I know this is a very ridiculous question, but please kindly explain any possibilities to spread the virus WITHOUT sexual behavior (coz I realized jerk off is safe) and by needle (coz I didn’t feel the pain)

Thanks a million for your help!

You can read thread after thread both here and in the expert forum as to why getting genital fluids into a cut or scrape, regardless of the location, does not lead to transmission.

Thanks! But assuming the cut or wound in my penis, if the HIV precum into the wound, that will have possibilities to catch HIV, if not, what is the reason?

Mutual masturbation is not an HIV risk.  The ONLY way you can get HIV from a sexual encounter is via unprotected vaginal or anal sex, period.

You admit to having irrational levels of fear regarding HIV, it would benefit you to seek professional help with that.

So if his precum touches my penis, even the fresh one, still can't catch HIV, am I saying right word?

No that is not right.

Thanks for clarifying with that.

But my concern is that if the precum from his penis come out (fresh) and use on my penis right away for lube? And then some cut on my penis, so the HIV precum can transmit into my body via the cut?

If what I assume above is right,  so there is theoretical possibilities that mutual masturbation can cause HIV, am I right?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
