My HIV -concern oral sex with a cut on penis

Hi , I am now very concern about having HIV .Last Sunday i went to massage . That lady gave me an unprotected blowjob & handjob. The blowjob takes less than a minute with hot water on her mouth . then she started to give handjob. After a while she gave me 2nd times blow job which is less than the first time. We finished with handdjob.  When i reach home  i discovered there was a small piece of  wound cut on the middle of my penis(not head) .When i used dettol to wash it it was bleeding and i felt pain but not so serious. I started to get worry .The problem is i couldnt remember when she hurt my penis and i did feel pain when she was serving me just that i wasnt sure it happens before blow job .However , i am very sure that the wound was caused by her finger nail . If my wound has contacted with her mouth (not sure she has sore or bleeding ,if yes) in such a short time as i mentioned . Will i get infected by HIV? I couldn't sleep on that night . I found article that no case was reported for oral sex. But i had a  wound cut . And i saw it requires a large amount of bleeding from mouth to a big wound of penis and it is could be possible .is it true? I went to see doc and he said i have minimal chance of getting HIV.
He ask me to have a blood test 3 weeks later. How accurate is that test ?Should i take the test ? Or i am really really close to 0 to ever have chance to get HIV?I am living in chaos now. I can't concentrate on my works at all . Please answer my question.Thank for your kindness .

You didn't have an exposure period. Doesn't matter if you had a sore and the other person had bleeding gums. No risk.

I was blaming myself for last few days. I started to care about my family which i never done before . I really upset . That cut on my penis makes my life miserable. As i read some article from some asian website( iam chinese ).Those experts asnwer with yes , probably with the case similar to me which is a wound on penis . Of course i believe western more than asian's studies. Like what you've said i shall put this an end and start with a new life . So far i receive no "probably you will get infected  " kinda comments in this post i am consider myself really lucky and thanks god.

You've been given an accurate risk assessment from teak, he knows what he's talking about, so accept what he's telling you.

Here's what he said:

*You never had an exposure.
*No risk and you don't need an HIV test.
*Saliva is not infectious and contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that inhibits HIV transmission.

Time to put this behind you and move on.  If there was ANYTHING for you to worry about, we would have told you.

Dear teak that means even we both have wounds and sores contacted and it is still not risk ? If i assume that she has sore in her mouth? It requires a large amount of bleeding from her to contact with my injured penis am i right?

Thanks teak and joe . I am pretty sure that the oral she gave to me was short but I just can't recall when she hurt my penis. If there was no wound on penis i wouln't be so anxious. SO I AM SAFE even she has contacted with my penis wound with her mouth ? Should i take a blood test or I don't need it at all as it was 0 risk ?Thanks

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK
The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH
