My HIV DUO TEST

Hi Doctors
I am a gay man I had two sexual exposures
First one unprotected anal sex with my close friend that was on 27th Dec 2011.
Second one I have met another guy (unknown HIV status) we’ve been dating each other for 3 days we had oral sex (only) deep kissing and sucking each other( oral contact was for 4hours every time we meet), I gave him a hand job using DUREX lubricant after he has ejaculated I caressed his semen by my hand when I went to wash my hand I realised I have hangnail on my thump It was not bleeding at all but I could see the red skin inside it as it was happened hours ago (I don't know when it has happened) it was sting when I went to wash my hand as the semen was burning it.
This second exposure was ended on 7th January 2012.
I did two HIV 1& 2 antibodies & HIV antigen p24 ELICA method (Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay) 4th Generation DUO test ROCHE Machine.
The tests have been done at accredited lab in DUBAI – UAE.
First test was on 1st FEB 2012 this test was after 35 days of the first exposure and 24 days of the second exposure. (Result Negative)
Second test was on 14th March 2012 this test was after 77days of the first exposure and 65 days of the second exposure. (Result Negative)
As we you can see the second test is after 11 weeks of the first exposure and 9 weeks of the second exposure.
I have been reading quite allot on the internet many mentioned such test will be conclusive after 3 months, others say 6 months, others say 12 weeks and others say its conclusive after 8 weeks.
Some other specialists keep changing their opinions about the time frame of this test like they consider it conclusive after 4 weeks then NO retest after 90 days!!?? What is your opinion?
I need your advice and opinion and I will do what you are going to say I want to end this matter and back to my normal life I am not very sexual active person because I don’t want to end up with any kind of STDs and I have done any sex since my last exposure.
My questions
- Is there any risk from semen came in contact with hangnail? I mean HIV transmission in such way?
- Is my second test fully conclusive at the time frame I have done test in?
- Shall I repeat the test or not (at 90 days or more) after this second test?
- Do you think the result will change after 90 days or after?
- If you consider my second test is not conclusive when do you recommend retesting again?
Many thanks

With all the details you have provided, including your test results I can assure you with 100% certainty that you do not have HIV.  Any further tests that you do will purely to be able to say that you are conclusive according to guidelines BUT you do not have HIV.

You had no risk whatsoever in the second exposure.   And since you didnt describe the first exposure i cannot comment.  Oral sex , kissing, semen on hands are no risk.
