My Story, any thoughts?

I thought i'd share my story.  

On the 15th November i went to amsterdam with friends.  I ended up having sexual intercourse and receptive oral (both protective) from a prostitute.  I have deep regrets about what i did.  When i got back i was paranoid that i may of caught an std.  The reason i became paranoid is that one night i woke up with a head sweat, my hair was wet at the back, i just turned my pillow over and went back to sleep. I'm not sure if this was before i was worried or after. But since then i've been worried sick, i gradually lost my appetite, and when i tried eating i was sick, i now believe i've had every symptom under the sun that associated with ARS.  

One thing i remember about the encounter is that the prostitute said i had finished, i.e fluid in condom, when i knew i hadnt, ther wasnt much cuz i remember her squezin it to see.  I'm paranoid that the condom may of broke and her fluids had got inside,  the other note is that the condom was extra strength cuz i couldnt feel a thing.

Am i being extremely paranoid or should i be concerned.
