A 3rd generation test at 6 weeks is considered 99% reliable by many sources.  The CDC window for 3rd gen test is now 6 - 8 weeks.   Many docs now go with the 8 week number.   But conservative view is still 3 months.   If you're going to test, just get a DUO test.  At 4 weeks its considered conclusive by european community who have 10 years more experience with it then in the US.

If you feel you are being given the wrong information then test at 3 months as this is confirmed a conclusive window period for HIV  testing, but then again you had no risk. Hiv is not diagnosed by SYMPTOMS but by testing.

your tests show that you dont have hiv and your sexual encounter did not pose any risk for acquiring hiv. Its not transmitted by oral sex.

Why would we tell you the test you took was conclusive if it wasn't? Further, your encounter was NO risk in the first place. You are overreacting. If you have problems with obsessive and troublesome thoughts may I suggest seeking out a qualified mental health professional for assistance.

A 4 week Duo is considered conclusive.  And then you had a test Ab at 60 days on top of that.  You don't need to worry about HIV.  Be well.

You had no risk of acquiring HIV from the encounter you describe. Whatever symptoms you are experiencing are NOT related to HIV. Even if you were exposed to HIV, your negative DUO test conclusively proves you did NOT acquire HIV. You are HIV-. You do NOT need to re-test.
