My exposure to HIV, for real?

I'm a 20 year old guy, seen before by a psychologist for anxiety disorder but was later told that I'm ''all clear''. 3 months ago I met a casual online contact, didnt have sex, no oral sex, no deep kissing. While touching her thighs, I went higher up and touched her panty for about 10 secs. I didnt touch her vagina directly, only over her panty. The panty was dry and I didn't have any cuts on my finger. But I'm so worried that i may have gotten HIV through this act as I suspect the contact may be HIV+.
1) If her panty was wet and I did have a cut, am i at risk?
2) If I touched her wet panty, and about 10 mins later, i went to the toilet to urinate and touched my urethra(penile head) am i at risk?
3) Do i need any blood test?
I'm so depressed over this, no mood, no appetite. Am i in serious danger? Please help. I asked this question in STD forum and realised this is the HIV forum. Please help.

thanks. but what IF her panty was wet and i touched it with my finger and about 10 mins later, while urinating, used the same fingers to hold my penis and wash my penis with water from my fingers. This is my concern right now, I've heard the virus deactivates in air. Am I still at any risk? I've been so worried that I'm falling sick often. No appetite, No mood, No life.
