My penis was bloody, drunk....hiv exposure?

Hi, i was drunk and had an encounter with two women. I have some memory of the night, although i do not remember having sex. I do remember some very hard, them masturbating me.During i realized my skin below the head of my penis was bleeding and the next day i can see it was split. By the next afternoon i had a killer sore throat and fever, i was on my way back to Costa Rica and upon my arrival i asked the pharmacist for the typical antibiotics for sore throats due to bacteria. After 4 days on the meds i was feeling normal. 2 more days went by and i had a sore throat again, no fever, no rash etc. The second sore throat finally dissapeard on its own about 15 days after the encounter.
Now this is the killer waiting period for an Hiv test. Lets assume i did have intercourse although im 90% sure i didnt(possible denial here) would fever/sore throat the next day just be from 1 hour of oral, and having a sore throat without fever about 8 days after exposure a sign of acute hiv or just something going around?? Thanks for the advice...I will never have unprotected sex again!

you were not at risk from the situation that you have described.  you would remember having sex.
