My sex life with my boyfriend

Hi, I'm a gay male who's 18 from Sweden. I have a boyfriend, we're lovers for 3 weeks but
we have never experienced any kind of sex.
Anyway, of course we'll have sex but I have some questions. My boy friend is HIV+ for 2 years. Of course, we're gonna use condoms for anal sex, but not sure about oral. When I perform oral on him, should I use condom? And you know, this is gonna be continually, we'll have a regular sex life. So it's not gonna be for a few times. And I won't let him to ejaculate into my mouth. (Not sure about pre-cum, it may be unnoticed.)
