All I asked was if anybody knows if NAT PCR test is based on RNA or DNA as a template, the information I have found so far in the net have been somewhat contradictive. If this is concidered as improper "excessive posting" linked to my previous post where I described my encounter, then I apologize.

But there was this unfortunate contact with my penis and her labia as I explained.. anyway, this question is more of general interest, whether NAT PCR test can identify integrated viral DNA or is this below detection threshold, so it only detects RNA from viral particles.
When did you ever have a risk? You were already advised that you didn't have a risk from oral sex.
