Nail Salon HIV risk

HI!

I'm really scared and wondering if I need HIV testing for this incident.  On April 16th this year I was at a nail salon getting  a mani and pedi and the lady working on my hands cut my index finger with cuticle clippers.  It was pretty deep because it bled for a while and hurt the next day (soreness).  I don't recall if she used the clippers on my feet prior to using it on my hands, but from what I recall there weren't any visible signs of dried blood before she used the clippers on me.  I'm not sure what their sanitary routine is, but the place could be questionable.  I was wondering if I should go in for HIV testing later this month (to meet the window period).  I know the Hepatitis C is a big risk, so I was also wondering if I should be tested for that.  Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.  What about Hep C?  I know that it has to hit the bloodstream in order to infect, but would a cut to the cuticle the resulted in bleeding for about a minute be a cause for concern?
