Naked Massage and HIV

Dear Medical Doctors,  

I have a question about naked massage and HIV. Here is my experience.

About 4 months back I went to a massage parlor and had naked massage in India. Means both me and the lady was naked. She gave me message and did sliding on me naked. There was no vaginal / anal / or oral sex.  

After @ 10/12 days of exposure, I had red patches on penis head and I went to a doctor immediately.After physical inspection he told me that it is Herpes and started the medication. Blood test was done for Herpes but that came negative. I was also tested for HIV by the same doctor by using quick HIV test kit. It came negative.

Herpes problem disappeared in 10/12 days and now again after 4 months of initial exposure I have same Herpes problem again, on medication again.

I asked him if I have risk of HIV , he said no. I am afraid that due to naked massage / sliding and mastribution by girl to me am I at risk of HIV. I am married and have a son , don't want to make their life hell due to my stupidity.

Pl. answer and help as soon as possible.
