Need Help & Clarity!!!

I am 21yo male and quite scarred about this. I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I was in Mexico August 1st. Hooked up with CSW. What happened. She fingered my ***, gave me a **, and I had anal sex with her. I don't know what was and wasn't protected I'm hoping the anal was protected but I can't remember. I came while receiving the ** but she didn't let me *** in her mouth but into her hand instead.

Testing history

4 weeks and 8 weeks tested negative w/ unigold rapid test @ planned parenthood.

Ok so at exactly 9.5 WEEKS this would be 67days (67/7=9.5)This is where I'm not sure. I went into San Francisco city clinic it was a little bit of a drive but considering the HIV problem in San Francisco i figured that they would know quite well what they are talking about. Plus it's free.

I did a full STD test. Every thing came up negative, I have shown zero symptoms to any std or HIV (ARS)

The HIV testing they did at sf clinic included an ELISA anti-body test and an RNA test which they say searches for the virus it's self here is the SFcity clinic website on this:
http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/drk/hivaids29.asp

They say the RNA test can detect the virus as early as 9-12 days after exposure. (so definitely earleir than an anti-body test)

So I went on Monday to receive to test results as they require you to come in person and they told me both came back negative. So no anti-body's found with ELISA and no virus found with RNA (on the results paper it said something next to the RNA like ></50/ml something like that not sure if it was greater or less than) either way it was negative for both test.

The counselor there told me 100% for sure I didn't get infected from that exposure, and I don't need more testing. I also asked her about HIV2 and she said something would have come up on the rna test that would indicate hiv-2 testing was needed.

My main questions-
1. Should I do more testing? Or am I good?
2. Is it possible that exactly 2 weeks after the test in SF that I could come up positive on a rapid hiv test? I ask because yesterday I recieved this stupid rapid hiv test from taiwan and I did the test at home and waited 15 minutes and it said negative but then I looked like an hour later and there was like this faint squigly line next to the T which would indicate postive, but it was really clear I think maybe it was just the blood and solution drying up next to the T?
3. So given the fact that exactly 2 weeks before hand I tested negative with ELISA and RNA, even if I was positive for HIV is it possible for the rapid test to show positive?

people that test positive past 3 months either have severely weakened immune systems (the common cold/flu and most other illness will not cause that so don't question whether you having a sniffly nose would delay your results) are on chemotherapy and similar chemotherapy drugs, I believe that there is another one but i can't remember at this moment.

Years of test data..You don't fall within the group that might take longer so there is no sense discussing it.

Thanks teak... What about referring to questions I had #2 and #3? And what makes 3 months conclusive? Isn't there a chance some people go beyond that?

3 months is when you can obtain your conclusive test result. Any test done any earlier will not give you a conclusive test result.

Yes I kn ow this but A. that doesn't mean it doesnt work. b. for some one as paranoid as I am about this saying the fda doesn't approve doesn't help me. The answers to my 3 questions would help me. That is not to say I don't appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me but i'm just so tired of this whole ordeal and want to hopefully move on.

The only approved home test in the US by the FDA and CDC is Home Access no other home tests are approved.
