Need advice

Ok so I will try to be as specific as possible. About 5 months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I know. I got a bad case of "jock itch" a few days after. My doctor gave me antifungal creme and said it looked like a secondary skin infection probably from the gym, the creme did not help. I went to a new doctor who gave me cipro and it went away almost over night. After that though my scrotum has a few red blotches and my penis is more red. Shortly after I developed a clear discharge from my penis. I got scared, got tested and took a Z-pack. I came back negative for everything but symptoms persisted. I was retested twice more over the next few weeks and came back negative for everything. I then decided to go to a urologist. At this point I was on cipro for 4 weeks or so, 500mg a day. My urologist told me I had prostitis (I think thats spelled wrong). My prostate was enlarged. He said cipro was a good choice and put me on 500mg a day for another month and a half. The discharge went away, he told me it is chronic though and tends to come back. He said he felt it was not sexually related. I was tested again, and again I was negative for all normal STD's. The scary part is I have a very bad itch around my anus and have had it for the past few months. I have had a sore throat for over 2 months now, which developed after being on the cipro for a month or so. I also have a few white spots on my gums. I contacted the girl and she went and got tested for everything and came back negative. She claims to have no symptoms of anything whatsoever. I feel completely fine physically, I have had no flu like symptoms but my body just feels different. What could be wrong with me? Should I be concerned about HIV? Also I have asked numerous doctors who say the sore throat is probably from the cipro because a sore throat from HIV would not last this long. I am stressing myself out and don't know what to do about the reddness and the sore throat. Any help would be great.

I have been to doctors and looked on the internet and can't find anything else that would cause these symptoms. Is there anything else that would cause these things?

Cipro is causing your sore throat Just get tested it will be conclusive if you have been tested for hiv after the 84 to 90 day it is conclusive and hiv isnt your problem
