Need another test?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a partner in January 2010- early February 2010.  He claimed to have tested negative for all STDs right before we started dating.  He was unsure if an HIV test was actually done, but he knew they took blood.
I was diagnosed with HPV in February 2010 and began to fear everything else.
I tested for HIV through a blood test at LabCorp at the end of September 2010 (about 8 months post possible exposure).  I didn't start having symptoms until after September.
I just got over a bacteria infection, which the doctor took a CBC count and found that my White Blood cells were really high for bacteria infection and everything else looked normal.  If I had HIV would the White Blood Cell count be low?
I also got the flu on top of the bacteria infection.  After taking antiboitics I took Monistat 1 for a possible Yeast Infection, and it made it worse.  So the past several days I have been taking Acidophilus and a Homepathic called Yeast Guard.  My concern now is that I have had awful digestive problems today after taking a combo of the two probiotics.  I have read that Acidophilus can actually be harmful for people with HIV.  Should I see this digestive problem as a red flag?  Or is it just the result of too much "good bacteria"?
I have also had an on and off cough for several months, which started back in November with a respiratory infection.  I have never been sick so much in my life! Are all these symptoms and problems a red flag of HIV?  Or is it just anxiety?  Is my single 8 month blood draw HIV test conclusive, or with all these side effect should I still have a cause for concern?

I know these are a lot of questions, but I am so stressed everyday about this!

Thank you!

You DO NOT have HIV...  You could get every symptom in the book and it would still not be related to HIV.  Your test PROVES this

I have also been experiencing a lot of muscle soreness, and random muscle twitches in my shoulders, back, and leg. Still unrelated to HIV?
