Need clarification

Hi, so I had my first male to male encounter just after christmas. All we did was mutual masturbation, however at one point i did perform Oral on him for a few seconds. I'm slightly confused as to what the risks may be, as i've  been worried sick since?

Am I at risk for performing Oral for a few seconds? and I brushed my teeth roughly half hour afterwards (possibly opening gums) does this affect it?

I was Ill for about a month afterwards, however I don't see a chesty cough and nausea being a symptom?

Any help or clarification would be great
